

Catalan Conlon is a non-profit fundraising consultant and coach with a track record of increasing organizational capacity and raising new money. Catalan brings 15 years of experience in the field and is a skilled researcher, writer, interviewer, facilitator, and project manager. Her practice focuses on mission-driven non-profit organizations tackling issues ranging from education, environment, and arts to advocacy and social justice. Recent and current clients include an array of community-based, national, and international non-profits. Prior to establishing her consulting practice, Catalan held senior-level development positions at a number of progressive organizations in the Washington, D.C. area. Catalan leverages her deep experience as a fundraiser to help other non-profits to raise more money and implement the type of systems change that will ensure the ongoing viability of an organization. Catalan began her career as a middle school English teacher at public schools in both Arizona and Vermont. Her continuing passion for education and capacity-building are at the core of her practice with the non-profits she works with today. |
